Having 3+ years of experience in UX writing, I'm still learning and have lots of distance to cover.
I'm heading the User Education department of Zoho's IAM team. Along with two juniors, my team is responsible for creating and maintaining the UX content, help documents, troubleshooting docs for Zoho Accounts and its related services.

ZOHO SIGN-IN PAGE
Previously Zoho's sign-in page used to be so blunt. So I was tasked to create a page that has a better user experience and also can fit well with the new features my team had developed. So along with a UI designer, I created a new flow that makes the sign-in process easy and more secure.
